Region 2
Turnaround Team
The Region 2 Turnaround Team is here to assist local school districts and campuses in improving student performance, operating efficiently and effectively and carrying out mandates from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Legislature. The Turnaround Team mission is to reduce the number of campuses rated low-performing by enhancing capacity statewide for supporting comprehensive, ongoing improvement of under-performing districts and schools.
The Turnaround Team provides services to assist administrators and educators in planning for and creating data-based systems that improve administration, instructional practices, and student performance.
